SERVICE FEES

BUYER SIDE TRANSACTION $275.

  • Receive fully executed contract and all addenda & disclosures from Agent

  • Review documents for errors and contact Agent for corrections 

  • Enter all contacts, key dates and documents into Skyslope

  • Open new Transaction file and enter all contacts, key dates and documents into Skyslope

  • Prepare Property Verification and Floodplain map & upload to Skyslope

  • Prepare Commission Instructions, including Transaction Coordinator's fees, in Skyslope and submit to Broker, as directed by Agent

  • Upload all fully executed disclosures, documents and reports into Skyslope as they are received throughout the transaction

  • Send weekly email updates to Agent or more frequently, as needed

  • Upload all remaining/missing documents to remain in compliance and prepare for closing

  • Digital file of your transaction uploaded to Dropbox or other cloud-based system, as provided by Agent

  • Agent to review file prior to closing

  • Close file after confirmed with Agent

LISTING ONLY $195.

  • Receive signed Listing documents from Agent

  • Review documents for errors and contact Agent for corrections

  • Input listing into MLS from provided information and upload photos & external docs, as provided by Agent

  • Prepare Property Verification and Floodplain map & upload to Skyslope

  • Open new Skyslope Listing and upload all Listing documents into Skyslope and optional cloud-based storage such as Dropbox - as received by Listing Agent

  • Sync keysafe with Supra so agent can monitor showings if used by agent

  • Keep Listing Agent updated by email

LISTING SOLD (New Escrow) $375.

**Includes all services for Listing Transaction & Buyer Transaction**

STARTER PACKAGE $175

If you are just beginning to use our services and are not sure how this will help you, we are offering your first transaction for $175 per side.

  • Prepare Listing docs in your Zipforms for listing presentation. Send via email to agent for printing/presentation *$95

  • Input listing into MLS per agent input sheet, save it as incomplete for agent review *$75

  • RETE Property Verification *$30

  • Electronic Signatures - If you missed signatures, initials or even extra documents -  we can send them through DigiSign at Agent direction. *$50 per session (added to transaction charge)

  • Prepare and send Listing or Buyer's Packet for electronic signature through DigiSign (a service of Skyslope) *$75

  • If there is an A LA CARTE item that is not on this menu, please ask and we can tailor a service just for you!
